There is no way this company has 4/5 stars

This is absolutely the worst possible ISP I can imagine. All of the hardware is at least 10 years out of date, the connection speeds are slower than dialup, but that only matters if you can actually manage to get the internet to work for more than 10 minutes at a time. I call often to complain about how absolutley s***e this whole set up is, and you know what the response is most of the time? NOTHING. My connecction was out for more than 5 days. What'd I get in return? A f****** $4 credit on my next bill. Wow, thanks, you really out did yourself there, guys. A+ This company has no interest in providing quality services. They care only about providing the bare minimum. This company is absolute s***. Never ever deal with this company. Go f****** yourselves you cheap f****.
