Jet Communications is still stuck on paper bills. They don't offer e-bills and they have on online payment portal. That is a major hassle. Jet is the only service that I use that still sends paper bills and does offer online payment. As a result, I over… Keep Readinglook paying Jet because I don't look bills in the mail and I pay all others online. Phone customer service closes at 5pm. Many companies extend the phone service for customers for several more hours. As a service provider, Jet needs to do a lot better with its customer service. The TV listing option for basic cable is terrible. It is old and clunky and hard to use.
