Just wanted to let you know that both employees, Adam and Bryndyn, made a good working team!!! I was very impressed with the efficiency at which they worked. I am thankful that you sent such a skilled team, and would welcome them for any future improvement projects!!! Glad I chose JET instead of another company!!!
Jet responded to my poor review the next business day. They came out and replaced my equipment. The techs were awesome. Thank you Jet for taking customer service to the next level.
I would like to compliment Jet Industries for being ahead of schedule, introducing themselves, showing respect and being polite, being timely with their job and communicating before leaving.
Meeting Chip was the best thing to ever happen. He immediately got me in touch w/ AJ and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Adam & Brandon did an awesome job. The install looks great. Class A job. Thank you very much.
Over the moon with Jet Industries and with Josh. My furnace is singing Jet's praises and so am I! I am happy with the customer service and Josh is one of a kind.
Gentlemen, I don't usually write a letter like this, but I want you to know what an exceptional representative of your company Steve is. First off, he was on time both days--most servicemen are not. Secondly, he was polite and explained everything he had analyzed regarding our furnace. He was thorough even checking out the outside heat pump for potential problems. (Another well known Salem Heating company who we had worked with for four years, never once, to my knowledge, checked the heat pump). Steve checked the thermostat and showed me why it needed replacing. A year ago I asked the serviceman about the thermostat and his reply was "Oh, those never wear out." Steve was also detailed in his paper work; he took the time to get it right the first time. He presented the maintenance program as a benefit to us--not just another tack-on sales product. I appreciate his forth rightness--bottom line is that I trust him to do the best job for me. Please pass onto him my sincerest thanks for a job well done.
