Nick Field came out to give me a quote on some major work that needed to be in done in my house. He diagnosed other issues and explained what needs to be done and why. He was awesome about keeping me informed and answering all my millions of questions. No one could compete with Hy-Pro's timeline to get the work done or warranty.

Nick, Was very knowledgeable, quick, professional. Great plumber, thank he was able to come quickly and fix our toilets. Very happy with our service. Left good recommendations for the house. Will use nick and Hypro again in the future for sure !

Very impressed with Hy-Pro. They were here within the hr. Quote given on the spot and pipes all fixed within the hr. Very efficient and thoughtful. Very impressed with Nick Field who was helpful, resourceful and very knowledgeable. Would certainly recommend this organization.

I spoke with office staff on Friday 2-3x concerned about my kitchen faucet needing repair ASAP because I was having company over for our Labour Day BBQ on Saturday. Finally, realizing I didn't have any other options, I booked our service call for between 9-11am Saturday. To my horror, we got a call indicating they could not come at that time, it would be closer to 3pm... right in the middle of our BBQ, "if at all" they said. When the plumber arrives, we are charged $600 for his one hour service call and a bottom of the line faucet that I could have purchased at Home Depot for around $150! Shame on me for agreeing to it but like I said, we were in the middle of a BBQ with a dozen or so people around and no use of our kitchen sink! My husband tried to follow up with the manager on Tuesday, but they have yet to return his messages. And the sad part is we've been using Hy Pro for our plumbing needs since 2014 without cause or concern. And like a few other reviews, we had great service from Sunny Hayer as recent as July 2019! But this is pretty much unforgettable, even if it was the long weekend!

I needed an emergency quote due to a new home purchase and Jesse was able to get that to me within an hour. He was courteous and efficient. The work did not need to be done at the end of it all but I will be sure to call him if I ever need work in the future.

This company uses multiple plumbers and they pick one to dispatch to your home- depending on the plumbers availability and geographic area. I recommend Jesse Whales from Cambridge, Ontario. I have had four different plumbers in my house the last couple months and he is the only one I would have back for plumbing services. His service

First, we called with an emergency on the long weekend. The website said you were open, but no one answered and we could not leave a message. Then, after the weekend, I chose the closest location to my home and the dispatcher said they would not come out to us as it was not their area. It would have only been about a 15 minute drive for them. Disappointed.
