I needed an emergency quote due to a new home purchase and Jesse was able to get that to me within an hour. He was courteous and efficient. The work did not need to be done at the end of it all but I will be sure to call him if I ever need work in the future.

This company uses multiple plumbers and they pick one to dispatch to your home- depending on the plumbers availability and geographic area. I recommend Jesse Whales from Cambridge, Ontario. If you could put a 0 it would be noted here. Air conditioner installed - a small finger can jostle the huge unit as they did not set it properly. They would not use new wires ... why? .... saving a few dollars? maybe or not prepared or lazy? They would not hook it up. I had to hire a separate electrician to do it properly. He defini

Company failed me and ripped me off...said was on city side but hypro had no idea what the city of Hamilton required from a professional plumbing company. Had to get a different company that actually understood what was required. Other company had my sewage line cleared in an hour and did a great job. Other company cleared my line,ma
