If you could put a 0 it would be noted here. Air conditioner installed - a small finger can jostle the huge unit as they did not set it properly. They would not use new wires ... why? .... saving a few dollars? maybe or not prepared or lazy? They would not hook it up. I had to hire a separate electrician to do it properly.
