I recently had three vehicles done at Houston Paint Protection — my 2026 Cadillac Escalade, BMW X3, and BMW i8 — and the experience from start to finish was outstanding. The Escalade received full front protection including the hood and all four doors, the X3 received full front and all four doors, and the i8 received full body protection. The workmanship across all three vehicles was absolutely top-tier. Krystal was phenomenal throughout the entire process. She took the time to thoroughly explain the pricing, products, and benefits of each option without ever being pushy or trying to force a decision. Instead, she focused on educating and guiding me toward the right protection package for each vehicle, which I really appreciated.
