I seriously can?t express how thankful I am to claim this shop as ?My Repair Guys?. These men have gone above and beyond for me and my car -they have answered my questions on the phone, they?ve serviced my car regularly, and they?ve always given honest and detailed information on how my car is holding up each time they see it. I have never felt overcharged or under-served. I appreciate all of these things so much! Chuy and Elliott have truly been heroes in my recent Car repairs. Thank you guys. I appreciate you more than you know!

We have used and been very happy with this company for close to 10 yrs. within last year we have noticed a dramatic change. Latest poor service told our charge would be $188.00 for a simple radiator replacement. Pick up car it's over $600 then they play with numbers and it's down to $430. Performed a diagnostic we neither asked for or needed. Went back and looked at other service dates the same thing. We had all 5 of our cars serviced here. Never again. West Salem is a small community and word will travel quickly.

Took my vehicle in to get the A/C checked for leaks and to charge the system. They also checked all my suspension and steering. They are friendly and know what they are doing. Prices aren't too bad either!

My parents have used Harold's for a very long time. I want to say 20+ years. I have used them in the past also. I knew my vehicle was in the best possible hands. Unfortunately, I did not get the news that I was hoping for. However, they went above and beyond in working with me while I figured out what to do with my car. In addition, they went out of their way to provide me with all the answers to my questions and in making me aware of all the options I had available to me in getting my vehicle situation resolved. They were very gracious and that word, is incredibly rare in customer service now a days. THANK YOU, Harold's!

1. They said my ignition needs rewired 2.Broke down next day 3.Towed it back, I waited 2 to 3 days before I had to eventually call them back,this went on for 2 weeks 4. I asked to talk to Harold the owner 3 separate times , no call no show 5. The Service writer said the new distributer the installed was faulty and put new one in 6. I picked up truck stuttering while I talked to Service Writer and asked him , what to do its plainly goin to break down ,can I have my money back 7.Service Writer said Harold wouldnt do that unless it completely fails again , once again Harold no where in sight 8.Truck fails in traffic on a Sunday HAROLDS QUALITY Auto Service don't have secure night drop, Service Writer tells me if truck fails on weekend just tow to my house and they would reimburse me the tow and they would have it towed to there shop 9.SO , TRUCK FAILED THE SAME WAY IT ALWAYS DID 10. THEY BLAMED IT ON MY alternator KEPT MY 600.00 AND 70 FOR TOW AGAIN HAROLD NO WHERE INSIGHT BY THE WAY NAPA CERTIFIED IS SOMETHING YOU SHOULD READ UP ON ,ONLY ONE CERTIFIED MECH ON DUTY IS REQUIRED I HAD TO TOW TRUCK TO A SHOP MORE CERTIFIED FOR MY ISSUE Good Luck 7.

Unfortunately a friend guided me to another servicer, to save money. It resulted in a huge mistake, and now my car runs worse than before the services. I am embarrassed to have not followed up with this agency since I have always received great service, to include integrity and professional trust. I had a simple repair and was out in10 minutes, even though I had called them just 15 minutes prior to bringing my car in on a Saturday! I have been there before, and the technicians are friendly, and above all, honest. I will never use any other garage for my automotive needs. I can't recommend them highly enough!!! 10 stars!!

I came in with a terrible noise coming from the drivers side rear wheel bearing on my 2004 Toyota Tundra. They diagnosed it and had it repaired in no time at all. They were honest and did what they said they would for a fair price. I am recommending their shop to all my friends and co-workers.

This was our first time to try Harold's and was very pleased. Josh was very informative, plus very courteous and on top of all that he showed concerned for our needs and was grateful for our business. This will be our car guys from now on. It is nice to have someone close to home also.

From the time I walked into your establishment I was treated great. Explanations were given on what had to be done, the approximate cost and service. I feel fortunate that I am within walking distance to your shop if I am ever in need again. And work was done in great time so I was not without transportation. Thank you so very much. After having another garage repair the transmission, for a second time, in my mustang Josh went on line and researched my year of vehicle. Found what the problem really was and fixed it. We have now been bringing all of our vehicles to Harolds for the past 5 years.

I have been taking my cars to Harold's for several years. They always do a great job in a timely manner and at a fair price. Services have included whell bearing replacement, tranny flush, and oil changes. They always inspect my car and let me know what's needed or wil be needed with no pressure to get it done right then (unless it's a safety issue). <br /><br /> <br /><br /> I highly recommend their services.
