Had a quick response for a leaking window. The crew was respectful of my floors and furniture. They were also very pleasant. It took several weeks to complete the project and I was very satisfied. This is the second time I have used Dale's Remodeling and I would call them before I called anyone else.
Dale's Remodeling is truly exceptional! From start to finish, their customer service exceeded my expectations. They take the time to really listen and understand your needs and vision, ensuring that every detail aligns perfectly with what you want. The entire process felt seamless and stress-free--they never rush you and are incredib
I would not trust anyone but Dales to do my remodel because we have had problems in the past with contractors. So we called him up and had them do an addition and a complete downstairs remodel for wheelchair access. The process was smooth without any problems.
I posted a review a few months ago after Dale's Remideling did a major remodel for us this summer & gave them a good review--however I now wish to change that. Once they took my final payment no one was willing to contact me with a minor issue. I have left messages on their manager's phone, left written message in their office & fina
I worked for the company and they unpaid there employees Their slogan should be Gone Fishing
Great customer service! Very professional and timely.
I went to the Home Show at the fairgrounds this weekend. The Dale's rep was not wearing a mask. Are you kidding! In the middle of the Omicron surge? In a building with a large sign stating the LAW about indoor mask wearing? So, what else do they ignore? Those annoying code restrictions? Safe materials? Best construction practices? St

I didn't have the strength anymore to get my house in shape for my Grandfathers last 10 years of my life, I am amazing and my grandfather was a carpenter my grandfather is extremely happy with all the work that has provided I am also happy with the work that has provided . Called Dale's to have someone come by and look at our small bathroom Came to take measurements. And said he would Call by end of week. We never received a phone call. Terrible customer service. In the meantime, we found a reliable company. I'm very disappointed as it was rude.
It's too bad I can't leave a good review. We called to have someone come out to get a quote for a covered patio. Someone from another department was supposed to call us to set up an appointment, but never did. It's too bad because we're also going to need a kitchen and bathroom remodel in the future too. Guess we'll have to find some
I was very pleased with the work Dale's did at me home. We had our kitchen remodeled, our view opened up and our step down frontroom raised to remove the step down. It turned out beautiful! The carpenter we worked with Andy was awesome. Everyone was careful and respectful to our home and the work was completed when expected. I will d
Dale Van Lydegraf owner of Dale's Homes & Remodeling sent an email out to all of us home owners in our subdivision and I quote; "my goal is to provide a uniform look and quality feel to the streets and yards in your neighborhood, to continue keeping your property values as high as possible."....And yet once again a large Dale's remod
We bought a brand new home built by Dale's Homes, Dale has made it near impossible to leave a review on any of his websites so it is ending up here. Once they get your money on a new home they drag their feet on repairing anything...we currently have windows not operating properly, was told by manufacturer it will be 4-6 wks for repa
Dale's Remodeling fixed the issues that were had with my new construction home. Thank you
Dales remodeled our kitchen for us. We are so happy with the outcome. It is everything we imagined. All the trades people that worked on the project did an exceptional job. The project manager we had was awesome, he kept the trades people on time and smoothly run (What the customer sees). Our salesperson was awesome as well. She
I hired Dale's to remodel my retail Business and they were very flexible with all our requests and time constraints. I would highly recommend them to anyone especially if you're wanting attention to detail and perfection.
Working with Dales's Remodeling was exactly what I was expecting. They were on time, on budget, and their craftsmanship was exceptional! They over communicated when it came to any changes or questions we had on the job. We were so pleased with our experience that we can't wait to work with them in the future and have already been rav
