I hired Dale?s to replace my current tub shower unit with a new one, and tile the floor. It took 4 weeks to complete the job, two of those weeks someone showed up 1 day. The first tub was damaged and they installed it anyway telling me it could be patched and would look like new. The dry walling job is horrible, crooked corners way to much mud to try and cover the bad job of butting against the old drywall. The floor does look nice whoever they had come in and do that did a nice job. The only reason I hired someone was to get the job done quickly as it was my only shower in the house. Total waste of money with Dale?s I should have done it myself. Not something that I want to show anyone, but if someone wants to see as a reference of their work I?d be glad to.
I have just finished up my second project with Dale's Remodeling and couldn't be happier! I have a large deck on my home and recently changed a 9'x16' portion of it into an outdoor catio. Working with Maralee as Project Manager and Jordan Sherman as the project's sole carpenter the catio was completed flawlessly in a matter of days.
Dale's did a bath remodel for us, and we are extremely pleased. Their experience and customer service showed at every step of the way. Was done on time and on budget. Troy Fish was the Dale's daily leader and he was excellent! Dale's subcontractors were all pleasant too.

We have used Dales remodeling twice. Both projects were finished in a timely manner and we had good communication during the process. The sub contractors that were used were very professional and took care of things while in our home. I appreciate the timely manner that projects are completed in.
I don't have complaint from the work done. My complaint is that the work done didn't initially meet specific code requirements which created a need for lot more time, work and money after the initial bid and bill were paid. I feel like this should have been the companies burden as we held up our end through the initial process but because your job wasn't done right we are now having to pay the financial consequence of it. I honestly wouldn't have done the work in the first place had the initial price included the 7,000 dollars for the follow up work in order to met permits that should have been known up front and included. I feel taken advantage of and my family is now suffering because of it. 7,000 isn't a small amount and in our case is well over half of the beginning price all added on after the fact. Very disgusted in the way the business transaction happened for us.

They were great to work with. Slammed out the roofing and siding very fast. Only issue is a few missed areas to caulk so we are waiting for that so we can paint.
General contractor was very organized for the duration of the project.
