We hired Dales for a remodel of our kitchen, laundry and living. Dale was rude and demanded money before it was due. He would not take responsibility for things and he kept our down payment of $35,000 for 6 months before starting the project. He said the job would take 6 weeks and then it took 10+. They only finished because we said

Don’t be fooled by positive reviews. Especially from someone who is the realtor for many of his properties. The lady who was the realtor for a development of new houses left a positive review on here. What a joke. Apparently she isn’t aware that we night our BRAND NEW house that we bought in July 2017 and are still waiting for the mu

I have had Dale's Remodeling help me with several projects. Each one was a great experience. Everyone was very nice and respectful of my home. I will defiantly use them again in the future. I love what they did to my house to make it my home!

I am a subcontractor that often does work for Dales. I see things that usually get covered up and homeowner doesn't see as I lay floorcoverings. Dales work is top notch! I never have to add fasteners in subfloor due to inadequate quantity for type of floor. They take pride in what they do and it shows!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could do zero stars I would! Might have been good 1yr ago but not now!! My family hired Dales for their bathroom remodel and it was extremely expensive and not completed properly with added verbal abuse. At one point Troy-heard contractor was scolded for talking and asking too many questions. Troy sa

As a Retired Sub Contractor as well as a person who has Family and friends who have used Dale's, I can honestly say that this Salem Company meets ALL Quality standards. I have worked for them many times and have held many Contracts with them. Many of my friends and a few Family members have had them do various projects. All were don

I am convinced we wear our homes like we wear our clothes. The employees and contractors at Dale’s Remodeling turned our thoughts and “what ifs” into more than just living space. It became a functional and wearable way of life. We made the decision to take the necessary steps and chose Dale’s Remodeling to help make it happen. They
