I have never had any remodeling done in any home that I have owned. From the design to the finished product everything Exceeded my expectations. The design team and our lead contractor were awesome. You could not have had a better team working for you. I would highly recommend Dale's remodeling for Anything. This was an absolute ple
Very professional team and I’m thoroughly impressed by the quality of work Joe & his team do. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a project completed.
They communicate and do not leave you hanging. Had a couple questions about their home they built in Dallas, regarding structural damage and warranty, they got back to me within hours. Which is great , shows they care about customer service. Didn’t get the answers I was looking for but still seems like a great company.
Had Dale's out to our house for an estimate on some interior remodeling and exterior deck work. Was told to expect a quote in a couple of weeks. Never heard back from them.
Dale's remodeled our bathroom. The original layout of our bathroom was outdated and awkward. It had two sinks on two vanities that were on separate walls facing each other. Dales removed one of the sinks and installed a free standing bathtub. The remodel included installing new flooring that was a luxury vinyl that looks like wood bu
Dale's did a small remodel project for us 1.5 years ago. Just now taking time to write a review. All work was done completely to our satisfaction and done on time and under budget. I only was annoyed by the lead carpenter who was not good at communicating with me during the project but Jerry did respond quickly. I am still happy
Terrible customer service and poor follow through! I called for some various jobs to have done. They sent "Dan" out and he did the "estimates" and said he would get back to me in three business days with a quote. He said the job looked easy and should only take a couple of weeks. Fast forward to five days, still haven't heard anythin
Worst experience ever. Not honest at all.
Great experience so far. Just started the pre-build negotiations. Will keep you posted.
My remodel turned out beautiful and Andy our carpenter was great to work with. Everyone was great from Dan who helped plan the remodel to each of the subcontractors and especially Rachel who met me at various businesses and helped me pick out everything I needed from flooring to counters. She truly was my hero through the remodel. I
Jerry is great! Good honest communication, flexible, and answered all my questions. I would recommend Dale's, and specifically Jerry, when you are looking to upgrade your home.
BEWARE!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS. Damaged my property and owner won't even call to discuss. BEWARE!!!!
We just purchased a new house built by Dale's Remodeling. What a beautiful home with all the right touches to make it very special. Dale said he builds homes for others the way he built his own home. Quality and style and it shows. We are looking forward to many years of enjoyment.
Very good
We love our new home built by Dale’s Remodeling. The materials used are high end, high quality and complement each other. There was great attention to detail in the design and feel of the home.
Outstanding Company!! We absolutely love our Dales home! Working with the company has been a pleasure. They put quality in front of all else. When they were building our home, they were pushed behind schedule by inspectors not coming when they were supposed to. So now with our personal deadline looming and them behind at no faul
Dale's Remodeling worked with me to solve my issues I was having with them regarding my newly built house. Thank you.
Working with Dales’s Remodeling was exactly what I was expecting. They were on time, on budget, and their craftsmanship was exceptional! They over communicated when it came to any changes or questions we had on the job. We were so pleased with our experience that we can’t wait to work with them in the future and have already been rav
I hired Dale’s to remodel my retail Business and they were very flexible with all our requests and time constraints. I would highly recommend them to anyone especially if you’re wanting attention to detail and perfection.
My experience with Dales was solid. Joey was on top of his game and everything was finished ahead of the dealine. I will definately use them again in the future
