They communicate and do not leave you hanging. Had a couple questions about their home they built in Dallas, regarding structural damage and warranty, they got back to me within hours. Which is great , shows they care about customer service. Didn’t get the answers I was looking for but still seems like a great company.

Dale's did a small remodel project for us 1.5 years ago. Just now taking time to write a review. All work was done completely to our satisfaction and done on time and under budget. I only was annoyed by the lead carpenter who was not good at communicating with me during the project but Jerry did respond quickly. I am still happy

Called Dale's to have someone come by and look at our small bathroom Came to take measurements. And said he would Call by end of week. We never received a phone call. Terrible customer service. In the meantime, we found a reliable company. I'm very disappointed as it was rude.

Someone from another department was supposed to call us to set up an appointment, but never did. It's too bad because we're also going to need a kitchen and bathroom remodel in the future too.
