Dale’s Remodeling did an addition and whole-house remodel for us. Dale Van Lydegraf and his team did top-notch work. Dale assigned a manager who helped coordinate and arrange labor schedules, all while keeping us in the loop at every step along the way. All the permits were satisfied and inspections completed to county specifications

Dale made numerous, excellent suggestions; provided photos, drawings and well thought out plans. After many back and forth conversations we agreed on the final loo

We purchased our home from Dales homes back in 2020. Dale and his team made the process extremely easy. I would highly recommend Dales Remodeling for any home improvements needed on your existing property or if you were looking for a new home to purchase through Dale ‘s home.

We bought one of Dale's Homes and are very pleased with our new house! Good value, good quality, and very responsive to all of our questions during the process. The realtor Patty was also wonderful to work with and made the whole process go smoothly. We couldn't be happier with our home!

We had the interior of our house painted and it was a big job. Our painter was patient, and caring. I had difficulty making color choices and Dale put me in touch with a wonderful interior designer. It turned out perfect and beautiful!

Dale’s team rebuilt the river view deck on the North Fork Santiam after the Beachey Creek fire wiped out most of our neighborhood. Our deck was the only structural loss- because the propane generator that Dale’s installed in a previous remodel. Our well being the only functional source of water for our cabin and the 2 homes Adjacent

They would not even touch my kitchen floor, said it would cost 70-80 thousand to repair! I would not use them if they were free!
