With Dale's you get 120% satisfaction and they make the process as painless as possible. We loved the creativity of our designer for our second bathroom remodel with Dale's. They exceeded our expectations with the quality of work and communication. Jerry (lead carpenter) is amazing - very responsive and a great communicator!
Dale's stayed within the agreed budget and produced a beautiful finished project!
Dale's Remodeling gutted and completely remodeled 2 bathrooms and replaced 13 windows in our home. After discussing our ideas for the project, plans were submitted to us for input and approval. Before the work was started they gave us a time schedule and adhered to it. The quality of work by both Dale's staff and the sub-contractors was excellent. Prior to the remodel, the floor plan of one of the bathrooms was very dysfunctional. Dale and his staff redesigned the room to make very efficient use out of limited space and created a beautiful and functional room. Throughout the remodeling process Dale's was very receptive to any questions or suggestions we had. We are very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to use this contractor for future work or recommend him to others.
We are very pleased with the work Dale's did in adding a sunroom and deck to our home. Dale worked with us to design a plan that suited our needs and yielded high quality results within our budget. Dale's assigned a project manager/lead carpenter who always took extremely thorough measures to contain dirt and debris and cleaned up before he left each day. We always knew when work was planned and who would be on site. The lead carpenter coordinates the various subcontractors and was on site himself almost everyday. There were clearly long-term relationships that had been developed with the subcontractors used, and all of them were excellent. The job was completed in a timely manner. Dale's office provided regular budget updates, with charges broken down into various categories. They also check email and phone messages regularly and are quick to respond to them. The job came in under budget and we were given a refund of the extra paid when the final papers were signed. After the initial work was completed, Dale's came back several time to redo paint and repair cracks that usually develop in new construction.
Our new kitchen is truly a work of art. It evolved into a beautiful addition to our home and our lifestyle. We often find ourselves walking into our newly remodeled room admiring the finished product. Planning, talent and creativity made all the difference. Dreams do come true!
I've used Dale's Remodeling 3 times. Indicates pretty high level of satisfaction
Our kitchen remodel was a wonderful 6 week project. It is beautiful. Working with Dale?s has been a joy- from design to completion. Paul?s design for our kitchen was perfect. Everything went according to plan. Our carpenter Mark made the entire process completely painless. He did such a great job on both our kitchen and main bathroom. He was so careful and professional, a master of his craft. The experience could not have been better and the finished product is wonderful. If we?re ever in the market for another remodel, we will call Dale?s.
Just want to say Thank You once again for my beautiful kitchen. Everyone involved did an awesome job and we couldn?t be happier. You have made our dream come true. I never would have thought our awful kitchen could look like this. We have had so many wonderful comments. Thank You, Thank You!
