DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! If I could do no stars I would.Note: I think they might have removed bad reviews from their website. My father recently hired Dales for his bathroom remodel and it was a terrible and overpriced process for him. The head contractor Troy, ordered the wrong tub, refused to complete the lighting he originally

I have just finished up my second project with Dale's Remodeling and couldn't be happier! I have a large deck on my home and recently changed a 9'x16' portion of it into an outdoor catio. Working with Maralee as Project Manager and Jordan Sherman as the project's sole carpenter the catio was completed flawlessly in a matter of days.

Dale's Remodeling did an excellent job working on our house, improving it so as we grow older we can keep "living in place."Our project included adding a new master bedroom, a roll-in shower, and a new walk-in closet. We also added a brand-new utility and pantry, plus a fully remodeled and updated kitchen. Everything was designed wit

Moving to Albany in 2012 we contacted Dale's after meeting him at the Albany Home Show. Remodeling the bathrooms was a top priority since they were showing many years of wear and tear and both were very inefficiently designed. Although we had an idea of what we wanted, Dale made suggestions making them even more efficient. A lead

We have used Dales remodeling twice. Both projects were finished in a timely manner and we had good communication during the process. The sub contractors that were used were very professional and took care of things while in our home. I appreciate the timely manner that projects are completed in.

We love the remodeled home we bought from dale. A few days after we moved in, we realized there was a leak under the bathroom sink. We called him and with in 24 hours, he showed up with a bottle of wine in hand and fixed it, no charge. He's truly a great guy! Thanks Dale

I went to check out the business and the blonde girl at the front desk (I think Dale's daughter maybe???) was a bit snobby and had a resting bitch face. I could tell she was being "fake" nice to me and had an "entitled" demeanor. I met with troy and he was the only nice one out of that company. There were a couple others working in t

These guys are the best!! Dale came out initially and took a look at my patio. I wanted to put a brick fireplace out there but Dale's vision is unequaled. He gave me ideas that I wouldn't even think of. Also, it was very price conscious as I told him what my budget was and he made sure I never went over!! If you are looking to redo y

I was looking to have work done on my house and I was highly considering Dale's until I heard he lied in his dealings with a local Salem area business. The work the company does looks very nice, I just couldn't stomach the treatment of the business. If that happens in someone's personal dealings, what would happen when my house is w
