Jul 24, 2020 Great Customer Service!
Bonn Roof Care was very detailed and conscientious from the scheduling of our roof cleaning through to the follow up to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. It was easy to schedule this work and everything happened very timely, including the follow up work and the person who came out to check to make sure the work was done well. Thank you!

Jul 16, 2020 Great Job on a steep Tile roof
I have a very steep flat tile roof and so it is hard to even get a roofing company to work on it. The crew arrived on time and laid out tarps to protect specific areas. They not only blew the roof clean by then scrubbed the dirt and moss with wire brushes. They also replaced all broken tiles. The roof looked fantastic and they bagged , cleaned up and removed all the debris of which where was a lot as we love in a wooded area, Attentive, friendly and responsible crew. The roof looked spectacular when they were done.

Jul 5, 2020 Excellent job
The Bonn Roof Care staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job cleaning a buildup of moss from my roof, within the time and cost they estimated. My roof really looks as good as new. I am planning to use them to do annual maintenance.

Jun 24, 2020 Bonn's work is impressive
The work that Bonn did replacing the roof on my duplex was absolutely beautiful with attention paid to a lot of details that will help the new roof get a full lifetime out of it. They were very knowledgeable about what is needed to ensure that the roof would not need replacing prematurely like my previous roof and even improved it in many areas to ensure water did not get where it shouldn't go. I would highly recommend Bonn Roof care for your roofing needs.

Jun 21, 2020 Excellent company
We have used Bonn Roof Care in the past and knew they would be the best company for our roof care. We had not had it cleaned in a few years and the moss was starting to be very noticeable. The company sent a representative to do an estimate and they were extremely competitive for the high standard of work expected. They worked with me to set up a service date that was a few weeks out from the day I called for the estimate because of our scheduling. They arrived on time (actually early, lol, good for them) and spent the day paying attention to EVERYTHING that needed to be done and performed an exceptional job. The office staff was fantastic. They answered all my questions with patience and good humor. I wish all companies had the foresight to hire employees that seem to enjoy their jobs as Bonn Roof Care seems to have accomplished. They also sent out a representative a few days later to make sure that the job had been performed up to their standards and MINE. Excellent customer care in addition to their main task.....Roof Care.

The company was very responsive to my needing to schedule a few weeks out from the day of the estimate. They did not pressure to do the job immediately. They arrived promptly; explained what they would be doing; informed us when they were finished. They sent an employee to do a physical review of the job and make sure we were sati

Hired Bonn for cleaning the roof at my elderly parent's house. They were recommended by neighbors on Nextdoor website. Had another bid from a very popular local roofing company but Bonn came out to my parents home, took time to talk with them, kept to the agreed timeline, etc and I would say overall, very good customer service.
