Continued great service
Last year Bonn Roof put a new roof on our house and did an excellent job! This fall was our first annual maintenance. Once again, the office staff was efficient, timely, and answered all my questions. The team that performed the work was courteous, and safe (the whole pandemic thing!). They answered all my questions, were very thorough, and did a great job cleaning up! I am very confident with the service provided and trust the company. I look forward to working with them in the years to come. I highly recommend this company.
Outstanding! Clean, quick and on time.
From the first call Bonn Roof Care was professional. Always knew when and what was going on with our tile roof. Good crew who was efficient and clean when they were here. Tile replacement, moss removal and gutter cleaning was done all in one day. Great follow up as well. Thanks

We are so happy with Bonn. The customer service was amazing! They were so helpful, accommodating, patient and gracious! The roof was years past due for moss removal and cleaning. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend Bonn to any home/business owner!
Excellent Service Always
Donald and Scott were out this morning to do the yearly roof care. They were professional and efficient, as well and friendly. The clean up they did was outstanding. We have signed up for another 4 year contract. I would recommend Bonn Roof Care to anyone interested in maintaining their roof.

We've used Bonn Roof Care in Salem for a few years. They always do good work at a fair price. Besides the actual roof work, the cleanup after the job is finished is done well. We appreciate their work ethic.
Exceptional Roof Service!
I am very pleased with all aspects of the Bonn Roof Care company. They have a dedication to customer service that one doesn't find every day anymore. Friendly and efficient office staff made service scheduling a snap. The crew showed up right on time and was professional and safe. They cleaned up well and provided me a report before they left, and I received the invoice promptly for the agreed-upon amount. It was all a smooth, trouble-free process. I will certainly continue to use this company for all my roof needs!
Roof cleaning
I have used Bonn Roofing for over 19 years. We have found their service to be continuously excellent! Their staff is punctual, courteous, and thorough. We highly recommend them to anyone seeking roofing service.
Excellent Roof Maintenance
I've used Bonn Roof Care in Salem for over 10 years and once again, they did an excellent job of removing the moss, cleaning out gutters, caulking the pipe stems, and applying moss deterrent. My roof is 23 years old, and I had asked them also for a new roof estimate. Their inspector said that my roof was still in great shape, and wouldn't need to be replaced for 3-5 years. I appreciate their honesty, as well as the great care they have provided!
Good as new roof and clean gutters
Donald and Zack just finished moss removal on the roof and cleaning the gutters. They were on time, courteous, efficient and hard working. Laura of the office staff was exceptional, as well in explaining the procedures, answering questions, and scheduling in a prompt manner. Everything was done as promised and I would definitely recommend Bonn Roof Care.
Looks Great
Once the crew got started it was a few days of constant work with a cleanup every day and follow up from the office as well. Great customer service and hard workers that went above and beyond.

Roof cleaning
Yesterday, Donald and Lonnie from Bonn Roof Care arrived on time to clean the moss from my roof. They did a very thorough job of cleaning, and were so helpful in answering my many questions. They did a great job in cleaning all debris afterwards - blowing it off the roof and hosing down the Siding and pathways. I would highly recommend their work for anyone who needs a clean roof! Mine was pathetic as I Almost waited way too long to have it cleaned but they did a very nice job.

Bonn employs pleasant live humans to answer the phone and set up appointments estimates. I will always choose live service versus robot phone switchboards. Bonn was able to clean 5 roofs for me very quickly and the workmanship was great. I am very happy with Bonn Roof Maintenance.
