Bonaventure of Salem

I have been associated with Bonaventure of Salem off and on for the last 7 years. It is a place for fun and a good time. I love the spirit of the staff and how much they care about what they do. I enjoy the connections that get built between staff and residents alike. It warms my heart to make friends here with the families and other residents and makes every day a new adventure. Its a please getting to be involved with a company like this one. I also know that they go above and beyond for all of the charities and organizations they work with and working to make real dreams come true. They worked with Honor Flights of Portland to bring a WW2 Veteran to see Washington DC at 92 years young

I was hired to film every Bonaventure location and to interview staff and residents, so I feel I got a unique insight into Bonaventure. The Salem office, where they are headquartered, is beautiful. It has a nice fountain area, tons of parking, is across the street from a physical rehabilitation clinic, and the main building is great. The employees have a great attitude and are well-liked by the residents, which I think is very important. The staff love working there, and the residents love living there!

Bonaventure of Salem is such a welcoming community! I've been working here at Bonaventure for a little over 4 months now, and I have loved every minute of it. The residents definitely make your day worthwhile and they keep you on your toes. The staff here are like family, I couldn't ask for a better group of co-workers.
