Melinda has been absolutely wonderful to work with. From her very first email, she was polite, patient, and focused on helping me — never pushy or salesy. She reached out just once a week, always respectful of my time, and she rescheduled multiple times without a hint of frustration. When we finally spoke, she was incredibly kind and understanding. My house was chaotic — a toddler making noise, teens running around, my husband grilling, and me stopping to cook — and she never once made me feel rushed or like I was taking up her time. She answered every question clearly, even ones outside the quote, and made the entire process simple and fast.Talking to her felt like talking to a sister: patient, personable, and genuinely caring. Melinda is an exceptional agent, and I’m truly grateful for her help.
