We were referred to Alicia by a family member who had a fantastic experience working with her, and after going through our own home-buying experience we would also recommend her without reservation. As first-time homebuyers looking to relocate from California to Oregon we had a lot to learn about the home-buying process. From our first meeting in May through our closing in August 2026, Alicia was an outstanding advisor and advocate. Alicia never made us feel rushed and consistently helped us focus on finding the right home rather than simply buying a house. There were times when we were tempted to move forward on properties that ultimately weren't the best fit for our needs, and we could count on Alicia to give honest feedback to help us think through the decision. Because we were purchasing from out of state, there were many times when we couldn't easily travel to Oregon to see houses ourselves. Alicia went above and beyond by coordinating showings with our immediate family members in the area. Angie Lawton-Wallesen was our real estate broker recently, and sold our house on Bull Mountain (Tigard, OR). She is a 15 out of 5. We had a goal of being out of our current house and into new house by the end of the year. Angie helped us accelerate that schedule by months! We also had an issue with the home inspectors accidentially shutting of power to the refrigerator while we were out of town. Angie actually went over and made sure everything was in order. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Terry Sprague is an absolute badass at what he does. He got an offer on our home within the first week of listing it, and from beginning to end, we felt incredibly well taken care of. Terry is extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in his clients. His entire team was equally attentive and readily available whenever we needed them. It is so obvious that Terry doesn’t simply “do” real estate — he lives it. He knows the market, understands the process inside and out. It’s so obvious he loves his job. What meant even more to us, though, was how much he understood the emotional side of selling our home. This was a beloved home for my husband and I , and letting it go was much harder than we expected. Terry didn’t just help us navigate the transaction — he helped us navigate that part of it too, with patience, kindness, and a lot of humanity. I had never met Terry before we hired him, but by the end of the process I genuinely adored him and hope we stay friends.
