Delicious Meals for a Great Price!
Our family eats at AJ's for the amazing food, friendly staff, and great prices. From breakfast to dinner, we've always enjoyed great meals. Some of our faves are French Toast, Biscuits & Gravy, and Chicken Fried Chicken. And their burgers and sandwiches are stellar! Enjoy!

This is by far the greatest restaurant that has ever been to Salem. Rudy’s isn’t even missed when these guys are in town. We have brought many friends to this place and all have had fantastic experiences. Please I beg you to give this restaurant a try.

Chris Wilson is a racist karaoke host
just now New So the staff and the food are great but the karaoke host makes people tip him to play songs that he is already being paid by the bar to do .. I am leaving now as a disabled man being kicked out of the bar because he said the n-word with a hard r at me on stage after telling me I couldn't sing because he wanted to speak to me privately and I told him I would not speak to him privately I would only speak to him in front of a bartender and then he told me he's refusing my patronage. He is a disgusting person and he tried to make it racial when it was not. Chris Wilson is a disgusting host and he is rude to his clientele and he forces them to tip him or he will not continue to play music for them when he is already being paid by the bar. So the bar chose to make me a disabled man leave instead of reprimanding their karaoke host who has already had multiple issues with people about being aggressive

A superb addition to downtown Salem
Tucked into the heart of downtown Salem, this new coffee shop boutique is a true gem, an inviting space where creativity, comfort, and community come together beautifully. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with the aroma of handcrafted soup, coffee, specialty syrups and thoughtfully crafted teas, each made with care and intention. Their homemade soups are deeply comforting, perfect for a cozy lunch or a slow afternoon pause. What truly sets this space apart, though, is the seamless blend of art, Flowers and atmosphere, local and original artwork adds soul to every corner, making the space feel both inspiring and grounded. It’s the kind of place where you linger a little longer, savoring not just what’s served, but the warmth and creativity that fill the room. Downtown Salem is better for it, and this boutique is well worth a visit and many returns!

Fantastic Dinner at Blac-N-Bleu Bistro
We went to Blac-N-Bleu Bistro in Roseburg for a late dinner tonight, and it was such a nice experience. The restaurant is locally owned, which we really appreciate, and everything felt welcoming. The food quality was excellent. We had the cheeseburger soup with house salad and garlic bread, and the pesto chicken sandwich with house salad. Both were delicious and really satisfying. The service was fantastic as well; Kerrie took great care of us and made the evening feel special. Overall, it was a really nice experience and we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Kerrie!

Disappointing
The prices one the menu were lower than the price we were actually charged because the menu's had not been updated to reflect an increase. They refused to adjust it and the Mgr had no idea what how to handle the situation.

Mouthwatering BBQ and one of the Best Mac & Cheese I've Tasted
I ordered the shredded BBQ pork with slaw and a side of their super creamy homemade mac & cheese. Everything was delicious! Their mac & cheese is one of the best I've tasted! I will be back. Highly recommend!

Prices raised to almost $5 a donut
Came in today 03-08-2025 and ordered a dozen donuts like we have since before the pandemic. todays total wasn't the normal $30.00 to $34.00 like 3 weeks ago, It was just over $57.00 ! Almost 200% of what we paid in the past. At that point we noticed the Menu and Price list were missing from the wall. No notices of the high price hike, just sticker shock at the cash register. Like I said, I have been going there since before the Pandemic. Today was my last time.
