11941 Centennial Rd, La Vista In January of 2008, Zac Triemert decided to take his love of brewing and distilling that he’d developed as a pre-med student and turn it into a business. It turned out to be the right idea at the right time as the craft brewing industry was on the verge of exploding. He opened Lucky Bucket Brewing Co. and became the first craft brewery in Omaha to package and distribute their product to local stores.
