The Crew was Great worked hard and got the job done. Good communication they filled me in on the progress dailey. It was hot out and small space to work with, but they all seemed to work good together as a team. I was very pleased with the entire process, well done!
I am exyremely satisfied with the basement waterproofing that was done at my house. From my first meeting with the representative through the completion of the project, the Western Construction Systems team, products, and services delivered were professional, high quality, and done with care. The rep was very willing to work with me through all my questions and requests. Elijah and the construction team were also very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Elijah answered my questions illustrating his understanding of the whole system's inner workings and the individual parts. He communicated well the goals of each day and the wrap up report at the end of the day. The work was done with craftsmanship and integrity. I felt my house and property were treated with respect. They did an excellent job cleaning up after the job. Originally, I wanted to go with Western because of the superior quality of the waterproofing system.(SO, far above the competitors) Every step of the way, each person that I worked with represented the company well, made me feel like a valued customer and proved to me that I made the right choice putting my money and faith in the WCS as a whole company.
Western Construction Systems came out and did exceptional work at my house! They went above and beyond my expectations! They were friendly, professional, and hard-working! They took care of all the issues that I had concerns with and then some! Their prices were fair, especially for the high quality of work that they did! I know I pestered them with questions, but they were patient every single time. Before I contacted them to have the work done, I had high anxiety about the drainage issues. When they were finished, I felt confident that there were no more issues. Peace of mind is priceless!
We encountered a serious water leak problem in our basement that had plagued us for decades. Putting our home on the market forced us to deal with the problem. I actually heard about Western Construction from a realtor owner of another property we ended purchasing. She said I simply had to check with western Construction, which I had not immediately considered because I was in Portland and they were based in Salem. Thank goodness for her input. Western Construction immediately sent someone out for a review of the problem and possible solutions. They quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem (ground water pressure on the foundation) and proposed the least disruptive and most cost effective solution. Their bid was 10% lower than a local Portland Company and provided a significantly longer water-free warranty. Knowing my desperate need for a quick turn-around, they slotted me in for the first "cancellation". Within 10 days I was on the schedule and in two workman-like days the project was complete. The crew was on time every day, kept me fully informed, and cleaned up at the end of the day so you would never know they had just completed a very messy repair. I wish I could give them an extra, 6th star, because the entire team deserves it.
Tyler and the group were great. Tyler was professional when he was at the property to assess the work that needed to be done and his bid was very competitive. The work was scheduled but due to us not getting the ownership of the property transferred to our name by the time the first scheduled date arrived, we had to reschedule. Tyler and Angela were great in rescheduling to a later date that worked for us. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the work on time. Tyler kept us up to date with the progress and met us at the home after completion to do a final walk thru. He thoroughly explained what they did and made sure we were comfortable with the result. The crew did a great job with the work and the house was left spotless. We are extremely happy with everything and will recommend them to anyone looking for this type of work to be done.

We recently bought a new house that had a couple spots with a sinking foundation due to water runoff. Collin came out and gave us some ideas of what we needed so we scheduled Western Construction Systems for our move-in date. He came out with his crew and they got straight to work. Everyone was very communicative about what they were going to do, what and where they needed access to and got it done in the time they projected. I ask a lot of questions by nature and they were always willing to explain what they were doing, the materials they were doing and they took the time to show me everything they did. Collin came back to do the final inspection and actually caught something they hadn't seen before so he fixed it with materials that they had. I had mentioned when they first came out about installing rain barrels and he said they could install them for me! (They didn't have them in stock so I told them not to spend anymore time on it). I feel like Collin went above and beyond what a typical project manager would do; genuinely nice and concerned about the project and wanting to do the right thing. I would hire Western Construction Services in a heartbeat!

We live in a 100 year old home, & the foundation was really starting to show its age. We got bids from a couple of other firms, but they were way beyond our means. A realtor recommended Western Construction, & we're so glad we turned to them! Tyler proved to us during his initial visit that he's very knowledgeable, & we were impressed at his straightforward, down-to-earth manner. The bid he submitted was manageable--obviously, this type of work is expensive, but it was significantly lower than the others, & just as importantly, he laid out clearly why the work he proposed would meet our needs. His crew was great. They were hard workers, showed up on time, & finished in a timely manner. All the work looks great, & we're confident that the issues have been well addressed. Tyler came out & gave the work a thorough inspection. The office staff also have been efficient & easy to work with. Highly recommended!
We had an excellent experience with Western Construction Systems. They responded promptly to our initial call for service; were on-time for the appointment to provide a bid; they were clear about their billing policy; they were on-time for the work appointment; the workers were knowledgeable, did an excellent job and they left the property clean. It can be hard to find competent and courteous companies to hire but we were very pleased with the service from WCS. We would hire them again without hesitation. Thank you!

They gave me an honest assessment of my foundation cracks, proposed a modest repair, and got the job done quickly and professionally. Great customer service made me feel good about hiring them, and I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.
We got our foundation repaired by WCS. When they began the work they discovered a bit more area needed repair than was originally diagnosed, but finished the job right and still in a reasonable amount of time. The workers were polite and professional.
WCS were wonderful people to work with from on the phone to in the literal trenches. They communicated with us well, even when the project took an extra day due to some unforeseen delays.

The Western team working on our project repairing a basement leak was hard-working, professional and finished in less time than estimated. They were always good about closing the backyard gates when finished for the day so our dogs could go out back. They put in a long French drain to direct future rain water away from the basement wall as well as epoxying the 2 cracks probably from minor earthquakes over the last 50 plus years. They also sealed that entire wall with a rubber matting so we feel confident that the problem is solved!
I’m very confident and happy with the work Western Construction did in my basement. They took out cement in part of my basement and installed a drain system. They repaired a failed foundation wall in another part of my walk-in basement. They arrived when they said and cleaned-up at the end of each day. Juan was the lead on the actual work. He was so very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
