Western Const. rep came out as scheduled and chased crack with grinder. He then vacuumed all dust and masked for caulking. After caulking he let set then poured dry cement over caulking to help match existing concrete. After that set he pulled his masking and cleaned area thoroughly I am very happy with work and would recommend.
Crew was very nice and respectfull of our home, took their shoes off when they came inside. Repairs look very nice, left areas that needed to be dug out just like they were before they started the repairs. They beven cleaned up the cocrete dust from drilling and cutting the 5 cracks needing repairs. Great price.
After evaluating bids, our Grange selected Western Constructions Systems not simply based on price, which was very reasonable, but also on the basis of reputation and reviews. This selection was not misplaced. Starting with the estimate, through the repairs and final billing, Western Construction was great to work with. They fixed the foundations on our Main Hall, built log cabin style in 1934, replacing a 20' timber support span that was rotting and failing, and also our Junior Hall which was built in 1954 and sagging badly. They replaced all the western sill supports and ensured everything was level. They also provided us with advice on how to install drainage ourselves to prevent the damage from recurring in the future. They were open to all our questions, regarded all our concerns, consulted with us as needed, worked to schedule the repairs for the best time for us, and when they got down to the heavy work, accomplished it quickly and made it look easy. They are the consummate professionals.

The company responded to a failed sump pump and small portion of sheeting on very short notice as our home is on a Sale Pending time line. Isaiah Ellison came in 2days with a replacement pump and sheeting working tirelessly to complete repairs. He was very polite and easy to work with. We have a house from 1922 that has old style basement foundation which was degrading into pebbles and sand. Western Construction repaired all the crumbling walls which were especially bad around our water heater and below the stairs--which also had areas of dampness. The process with went smoothly from the time of estimation to completion. Everyone we worked with was nice and helpful. The price was very reasonable for the work/supplies that it took to complete this project. The technicians were very friendly and respectful, actively engaged me to check over their work when completed. They listened to my comments and made the changes I asked for. All the way around I would recommend Western Construction Systems and their staff for any foundation projects
Tyler was incredibly knowledgeable about foundation issues and repairing concrete walls. Referred out when he couldn't do the work, only person who came up with reinforcement ideas for the walls. His team was efficient, clean, and knowledgeable as well. Would hire them in a heartbeat.

Nicely responsive to our basement leak issue. Spent time to understand and diagnose the problem. Bid was clear and concise with several options. Day of repair crew was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, flexible and technically superb. Appreciate the assistance and Western's tailoring the project to our home's particular need and not just a cookie cutter fix.
They added a secondary footing and lifted part of the house up 1.5 inches. Good work!
Step one: Mike and Jonathan removed pine paneling on the west wall of the basement, carefully, to find the leak/s. Once they found them (all along a ledge), they cleaned everything, then drilled into the crack/s and injected them with a water-curing urethane. Clearly, Jonathan and Mike know what they're doing. Step two: Jonathan came back two days later to inspect the job, and repeated the process in several paces to ensure the problem is solved. The work was done quickly, professionally, and they cleaned up everything after. The best part was their communication. At every step I was shown what they were doing and they explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions. I trust these guys. And so I trust this company. Thanks!

Western construction came to repair some cracks and add some structural beams to our newly purchased house and they were all wonderful from scheduling to completion everyone was very helpful and the work looks great. Colin especially was great in answering all my questions.

Ive had western do a few jobs in the past, and have been happy with the work,, which is why I keep coming back. This job was extremely disappointing. I have let them know of my disappointment and have heard nothing from them for 2 weeks. I then got an email saying that customer service is extremely important to them and to please write a review. I wasn't going to, but since you asked, and I have heard nothing... here it is. Your men showed up at the work site, said they were putting in an 8 foot beam, and not leveling the floor. A couple hundred dollars worth of materials and around 2 hours work for $3600. They finished and the dip remained. They said they were not to level the floor. Which was part of the point of having you fix it, who wants a kitchen with an almost 2 inch dip in it? After they installed the beam, I spoke to tyler about leveling it, so they tried to shim it, and ended up having to dig out a post a bit, and resupport it. They then lifted it, the dip is now less, but because they kept all the original shims in place, there is now a hump near the fridge. The entire kitchen was also left structurally unsound because half of the kitchen still sits on a single 2x4 as opposed to the beam going across the kitchen that tyler spoke of. Yes, the proposal states 8 feet. I didn't measure the kitchen, tyler did during the proposal quote, and he informed me that there would be a beam supporting the entire kitchen to make it structurally sound and "solid as a rock... it will take care of the mushy parts". Tyler said all the right things. Needless to say I feel like I was a victim of bait and switch, i feel taken advantage of, my kitchen is still not structurally sound, after I had someone come and fix it. I am extremely disappointed with what I was told vs what was done. As I said, I was extremely busy and stressed during the proposal process, and knew I could trust a company I had worked with multiple times with in the past, but mainly with the twins. This is why I find companies I can trust. I didn't even get a second quote, as I didn't have the time or patience to deal with it at the time.
