Top Notch Throughout Process

We encountered a serious water leak problem in our basement that had plagued us for decades. Putting our home on the market forced us to deal with the problem. I actually heard about Western Construction from a realtor owner of another property we ended purchasing. She said I simply had to check with western Construction, which I had not immediately considered because I was in Portland and they were based in Salem. Thank goodness for her input. Western Construction immediately sent someone out for a review of the problem and possible solutions. They quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem (ground water pressure on the foundation) and proposed the least disruptive and most cost effective solution. Their bid was 10% lower than a local Portland Company and provided a significantly longer water-free warranty. Knowing my desperate need for a quick turn-around, they slotted me in for the first "cancellation". Within 10 days I was on the schedule and in two workman-like days the project was complete. The crew was on time every day, kept me fully informed, and cleaned up at the end of the day so you would never know they had just completed a very messy repair. I wish I could give them an extra, 6th star, because the entire team deserves it.
