Great Work at a Price We Could Manage
We live in a 100 year old home, & the foundation was really starting to show its age. We got bids from a couple of other firms, but they were way beyond our means. A realtor recommended Western Construction, & we're so glad we turned to them! Tyler proved to us during his initial visit that he's very knowledgeable, & we were impressed at his straightforward, down-to-earth manner. The bid he submitted was manageable--obviously, this type of work is expensive, but it was significantly lower than the others, & just as importantly, he laid out clearly why the work he proposed would meet our needs. His crew was great. They were hard workers, showed up on time, & finished in a timely manner. All the work looks great, & we're confident that the issues have been well addressed. Tyler came out & gave the work a thorough inspection. The office staff also have been efficient & easy to work with. Highly recommended!
