Melina worked with my family for *MONTHS*, meeting us at property after property to find something that met our unusual demands. She was professional, hard-driving, and embarrassingly-candid every step of the way. She worked with professionals who helped us analyze each property, negotiate important concessions on our selection, and make improvements on the property we finally selected. And Tomson Burnham's follow-up has been unbelievable, with regular market analyses and personalized feedback on our neighborhood. Returning Client - We had a previous positive experience with Linda Rabe, with Tomson Burnham based out of Salem, OR, and why we decided to use her once again. We signed a contract to use her services to buy another home in early August 2025 and within three weeks we had found a place, she negotiated an equitable deal for both sides, and we closed on September 2. We could have closed August 29, but we chose to close on the 2nd. From start to finish it took us 3.5 weeks. Linda and her team are efficient and absolutely amazing and always stay on top of things. Linda was transparent and very thorough in her explanations throughout the entire process. She always made sure that we had answers to all our questions within hours. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with strong communication skills. Never leaves you wondering or guessing on the details. We will continue to use Linda and her team for all our real estate needs in the future and why we highly recommend her.
