I highly recommend Melina, who helped me buy my first home. As a first-time buyer, Melina was exactly the agent that I needed to help me feel confident about my home search and purchase. My search took months because of my own narrow criteria and budget. During that time, Melina met me at every house I wanted to see and gave me her candid assessment of each property. She steered me away from many houses that would've been a bad fit for me, and she never pressured me to settle for the wrong house. And once we found the right one, she shepherded me through the transaction with her trademark steadiness and practicality. The purchasing process had plenty of stressful moments, but it was reassuring to have Melina and her years of experience on my side. And her support didn't end on closing day either. She’s been a great resource for all those new-home tasks like changing locks and getting carpets cleaned. I'm grateful that I got to work with Melina to purchase my first home.

We signed a contract to use her services to buy another home in early August 2025 and within three weeks we had found a place, she negotiated an equitable deal for both sides, and we closed on September 2. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with strong communication skills. Never leaves you wondering or guessing on the details.
