Tiger C Construction, LLC

I have a ca. 1943 Cinderblock stucco Cape Cod with a finished basement. While the structure wasn’t leaking water, the block was allowing for moisture transopireation thru the block. Tiger C applied a liner and additional insulation to the exterior walls and gutter drainage lines nice work indeed.

My experience working with this company was great. I am a first time home buyer and the inspection turned up several issues with the foundation. When it came to repairs, they were fairly priced and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. Communication was easy and while the permitting process did take time, they made sure to let me know what was happening each at each step. I would absolutely use them again if I needed it, and strongly recommend this company for anyone looking for fair and affordable foundation work.

I had an excellent experience with Tiger Construction for my basement water repair issue. From the very first phone call to schedule a consultation through the final completion of the work, their team was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. After noticing water seeping into our basement, we knew we needed help quickly. We contacted two other basement waterproofing companies, but Tiger Construction stood out immediately. They were the only company that responded promptly, took the time to thoroughly assess the issue, and followed through by scheduling and completing the repair in a timely manner. That level of reliability made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Water intrusion in your home is never a pleasant experience, but Rose and David truly made the process smooth and reassuring. They kept us informed every step of the way, clearly explaining what was happening, what needed to be done, and what to expect throughout the repair. Their communication and transparency gave us confidence that the job was being handled properly. The work was completed efficiently and professionally, and we are very satisfied with the results. It’s such a relief to no longer worry about water seeping into our home. I would absolutely recommend Tiger Construction to anyone in need of basement waterproofing or water repair services. They are dependable, thorough, and truly care about their customers.
