I didn’t know where to get started. I was looking for someone to help me that I could trust. Someone referred Melody to help me. She explained how to get found online and now clients are booking appointments.
She was very helpful, patient and kind while she worked with me.

We recently changed our credit card processor after Melody took the time to run the numbers and to sit down with us to show us what we were paying and how much we could be saving. Melody was there every step of the way and provided great followup up after the change had been made to answer any questions and to make sure we were satisfied with our new service. Her level of customer service is extraordinaire and I love the fact that she is quick to respond and followup any time I have a question or need assistance.

Needed to get hooked up with Phone Swipe real quick for an off site event for our winery... Melody Campbell/The Small Business Guru did an awesome job for us: she got me the swipe overnight by sending me her own until mine came (the next day!), made sure I got approved quickly and helped me get set up with inventory lickety split! I love having that one on one rapport with her!
