Very clean and great customer service! They are extremely nice, professional, and give great helpful tips on the spray tan machine. I have been here multiple times (for spray tans) and always leave happy.
Dirty. The store on west 11th is much nicer. Make sure you sanitize your bed first!
Great customer service! I wanted to tan on my visit to Oregon and I chose this place. I was greeted instantly by a young lady I think her name was Moriah. I told her what I was looking to do, she informed me on all the beds/ services they offer. Moriah even helped me pic out a lotion to optimize my tan and she helped me pick out the
Great service. Wanted to do a "test tan" to see how it'd look for my wedding. The young lady was very accommodating and offered some tips to preserve the tan and suggested since it's a "test tan" to do a 3. Apparently a 2 is the average, but said I may as well try a 3 and if too dark can do a 2. So glad I did. I love it!
Super friendly and great prices! Student discount was helpful. My spray tan lasted over a week with minimal streaking that blended with some light exfoliation.
After canceling my membership fully with no amount due in my account, their systems "glitched" and stole $20 from my card on the day that fees are due. I contacted customer service and they wanted to give me $20 in credit to use at their stores but I of course said no. Then they said they couldn't find any history of that transaction

The layout is spacious, they have a great selection of products to purchase and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The stand-up diamond bed is epic, holy color. I'm a fan of Tan Republic and this is easily my favorite location. Lindsey is always a pleasure - she really knows her stuff and is really sweet about it. TR has the best beds and I like how open and clean the lobby and rooms are. The Bose speakers are a major plus too!
