After canceling my membership fully with no amount due in my account, their systems "glitched" and stole $20 from my card on the day that fees are due. I contacted customer service and they wanted to give me $20 in credit to use at their stores but I of course said no. Then they said they couldn't find any history of that transaction
This is my favorite location out of all of them. And Amanda is especially helpful, and goes above and beyond making it my favorite!
I love Tan Republic! It’s such a great place to tan. The rooms are clean and the beds are really nice. I can get tan without frying myself because they encourage you to start off slow and add more minutes as you go. Everyone that works there is super friendly and helpful. Amazing customer service! After taking a break from spray tans, I came back and Harmony guided me through the process again. She took the time to go over all of the options with me and was super friendly! I will definitely be returning !
