Not to be a Karen but I came to get a spray tan a couple of weeks ago on the last day of the “free spray tan” special and when I got there I was told that ALL of the spray tan machines were broken?? Like literally how lmao. I thought the girl was joking when she told me that bc, one, how on earth is every single one of the spray tan

Have been trying to cancel my membership since July this year and they continue to charge me after telling me my account is terminated and don’t know why I’m being charged. They don’t respond to emails, phone calls, and can’t do anything in person about it except tell me they will reach out and they don’t.
It's clean and the staff is usually really friendly and knowledgeable. The machines are always kept up and work perfectly.

Their automated system is RIDICULOUS and good luck trying to get a hold of a real person. I don’t even want to use them because it was that bad! Their “pricing” button literally doesn’t even offer one single price. Why offer a button for PRICE if you’re not going to say any prices. Customers want to talk to people not deal with that.
Love the spray tans. Great machine that drys you with warm air. I recommend clear level 2, this way you don't get stains on your clothes
