Have been trying to cancel my membership since July this year and they continue to charge me after telling me my account is terminated and don’t know why I’m being charged. They don’t respond to emails, phone calls, and can’t do anything in person about it except tell me they will reach out and they don’t.
Been coming here for a year or two, this place is clean and well set up. The girls working are always really friendly, too and the lotion selection is huge. Great variety of beds/spray tans available as well, and there is a package that works for every budget.

It's clean and the staff is usually really friendly and knowledgeable. The machines are always kept up and work perfectly.
