Great customer service. There’s a middle eastern kid forgot his name. But he helped me get in a car. Great attitude good atmosphere. The facility manger Nick had also been great to work with. Very understanding !

I live in Dallas and needed to rent a car for a week. This was my third SIXT rental, and the experience was just as smooth as my previous rentals in Sardinia and Phoenix. Ray went above and beyond to make sure I had the right car and that everything was taken care of. He also helped me when I returned it and was just as friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service from start to finish! I’ve already booked another week with SIXT in Los Angeles. Highly recommend!

I was extremely satisfied with the service at Sixt Rent a Car. I had reserved a BMW X3, but upon arrival, they informed me that they couldn't give it to me due to age policy (I'm under 25). However, far from being a problem, the team went out of their way to find an immediate solution: they offered me another vehicle that fit my age, even bigger, more comfortable, and more spacious, for the exact same price! I want to highlight the excellent customer service both when picking up the car and when returning it; the process was fast, friendly, and very professional. Without a doubt, I will choose them again for all my future trips. Thank you very much for the great service!

New location near Love Field. I have used sixt across the country and this location is by far my favorite. They have a shuttle that takes you to the terminal. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Ray, Kim, and Qais who always make sure everything goes smooth! Definitely recommend for anyone in the city or flying in and out of love field.

As of July 2026, this location is not operational to drop off or pick up any rental vehicles. There is no one here, it looks abandoned. Attached pics and video was taken during operational hours. Customer service, is unable to help. They have the same google address you have and will tell you to go there but there is no one there (5800 maple Ave). After that, they have no other advice and can’t help further. You will end up having to choose another nearby location or head to DFW airport to drop off your vehicle then uber/lyft to DAL Love to catch your flight. This location should not be active at this moment as an option for drop off or pick up and SIXT portal should not have allowed this option be available for selection. Terrible experience!
