Auto detailing aura

Overall had a good experience. I had a full interior detailing + odor removal service done. I received rapid correspondence after submitting an estimate request online, and then the service was done on time at a reasonable price. Odor removal appears to have worked. This was my biggest need, as I had let heavy whipping cream sit for a week in my trunk and ultimately burst, and was faced with a terrible smell that would never go away despite my best efforts. The interior detailing was solid, however not perfect, as there were still some noticeable patches of dust I’ve observed. Not a huge thing, but I would’ve expected these to be gone as part of a detailing. (Update, got a quick follow up from the company, who clarified that the lighting was suboptimal (was in a dim parking garage), and he’d be willing to come fix the issue for no charge. So I appreciate that and hadn’t considered the bad lighting!). Regardless, I had an overall positive experience and would recommend.

Absolutely amazing interior detailing work. Car looks brand new!! I’ve tried cleaning the pet hairs on my own before, and I found it impossible, so I am very impressed with the work done. Good communication and fast, easy service.

I’m blown away with the results, my car looks amazing. I needed to get my car cleaned ASAP, before a funeral. I put in a request online around noon, and was called before 12:30 to set up my appointment. Anes was able to see me same day and could be to my location by 3. I was at work and he was able to find me quickly in a huge parking lot. Handoff was smooth and I was kept updated on the status via text. My car was finished right as I was getting off. Will be recommending Anes to everyone!
