Was served food while my partner was in the washroom and had to wait over 20 minutes for her food to arrive. My food was cold. Not a good experience when attending an exciting event!
Cool place the hotel is really cool
Love attending conventions here.
Lovely place for a venue.
Ted X is a great source of knowledge! Great for networking a start up company.
Great events
Large 300 person corporate event February 2020. The venue was the perfect choice. The staff attentive, sharp on detail, plated food service was delicious. Partnership they have with Allied video topped off the most professional event in Salem. Thank you!
Easy access, good venue.

Absolutely amazing
Very clean, professional staff, safe for the ladies.
Relaxed atmosphere. Clean. Easy to navigate
This is a great place to have your conventions get the others and meetings
It is a very nice center.
The convention center is clean and the staff is always so friendly and helpful.
If rented for business purposes, it will suit your needs. Accommodating staff.
Great location for meetings. Prompt service and beautiful location
Great we'll maintained place especially for functions
Good sized rooms for meetings, on site parking, okay catering but the building and interior are dated, stale and need a serious updating.
