Staff was incredibly friendly absolutely love them. However for the price of the room versus the accommodations was not worth it. Some accommodations amenities were taken due to COVID-19. STAFFORD TRULY MADE UP FOR JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING ELSE

The service here is fantastic. Shout-out to the AV team who worked hard to make sure my tech worked for my keynote address and special thanks to Yeo who is on the catering team and went above and beyond to make sure that there was a hot lunch waiting for me after my speech. This gal deserves a promotion!
Great place for conference- wifi is terrible and parking is a bit wonky
They did an amazing job preparing the salmon for a huge banquet dinner!
Great for events in Salem and business conferences
We had my son and new daughter in laws wedding reception in one of the board rooms. As soon as we walked in (on our initial search for a venue) we knew this was the place. It's beautiful decor was enough that no other decorations were necessary. They provided all of the table settings, they set up and cleaned up, cut the cake for us and prepared all the food. The food was wonderful and there were no complaints about any of the choices. By far, the best choice we could have made.

Was served food while my partner was in the washroom and had to wait over 20 minutes for her food to arrive. My food was cold. Not a good experience when attending an exciting event!

Large 300 person corporate event February 2020. The venue was the perfect choice. The staff attentive, sharp on detail, plated food service was delicious. Partnership they have with Allied video topped off the most professional event in Salem. Thank you!
We held an advocacy training at the Salem Convention Center Grand Hotel Boardroom. After the training began we needed to add a microphone to the room. They were exceptional! When we came into the room before the meeting, the tablecloths all looked a little soiled, like they were left over from a previous group. They immediately changed all of the tablecloths without question and were very friendly during the process.
Sarah and the staff at Salem Convention Center were amazingly helpful, organized, and friendly. Our wedding was a success. Thank you to everyone for helping!!!
