The rooms are quite spacious; there's a large selection HOT breakfast available ( hard to find since pandemic began); the hotel, in all of its grandness, sits in a cozy spot where there's something for everyone within walking distance

Staff was incredibly friendly absolutely love them. However for the price of the room versus the accommodations was not worth it. Some accommodations amenities were taken due to COVID-19. STAFFORD TRULY MADE UP FOR JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING ELSE

The service here is fantastic. Shout-out to the AV team who worked hard to make sure my tech worked for my keynote address and special thanks to Yeo who is on the catering team and went above and beyond to make sure that there was a hot lunch waiting for me after my speech.
