Great facility! All convention center staff are efficient, polite, and very helpful. The bathrooms are kept clean and well stocked. The food is exceptional! Fresh, flavorful, and clearly labeled if food is gluten free, dairy free, etc. Underground parking is atrocious! Ridiculously small stalls with pillars.

I organized an all day conference & evening banquet at the Salem Convention Center, and my boss and I were extremely impressed with the level of service and professionalism we experienced. Both the event coordinator and catering manager were excellent to work with via email & phone, and were equally delightful to meet in person. Frie

This was my second conference at the convention cent. The staff is helpful and not disruptive to the conference. The food is fair, better than some conference places.
