I’ve had this insurance for a while and they have been the best insurance company I’ve ever had . I definitely give them 10 stars if I could. They are very helpful when. I need them and Melinda my rep has been the best .
Melinda has been absolutely wonderful to work with. From her very first email, she was polite, patient, and focused on helping me — never pushy or salesy. She reached out just once a week, always respectful of my time, and she rescheduled multiple times without a hint of frustration. When we finally spoke, she was incredibly kind and understanding. My house was chaotic — a toddler making noise, teens running around, my husband grilling, and me stopping to cook — and she never once made me feel rushed or like I was taking up her time. She answered every question clearly, even ones outside the quote, and made the entire process simple and fast.Talking to her felt like talking to a sister: patient, personable, and genuinely caring. Melinda is an exceptional agent, and I’m truly grateful for her help.
After a brief internet search, Leslie reached out to me and couldn't have been any more helpful. She handled all of my needs and questions with the utmost care. I'm very thankful for her excellent customer service and look forward to doing business with State Farm. My late Aunt would be proud. She was an SF agent in Houston until her 2011 untimely death.
Ms.Leslie Taylor was very friendly and accommodating to me and my wife. We were paying an expensive amount every month for renters and auto insurance and now we’re at a better rate that is a lot more doable. We’ve had statefarm in the past and we have always loved the customer service and the quality of care we received.

I was able to get coverage rather quickly, and she even helped me cancel my previous insurance. I was so pleased. She was the best! I would strongly suggest State Farm to my friends and family.
