I particularly want to pass along my gratitude to Jeff for working together with Eric to remedy my telephone outage problem. Absolutely the BEST!!
We are a small, non-profit medical clinic, which provides free care for the uninsured population. We desperately needed to add office space and were on an extremely tight budget. After requesting bids from three companies, I was thrilled to find that RDC was by far the least expensive. Rich let us know that he was "donating" his profit to our clinic, which allowed us to build out the needed office space. In the end, we were able to move in to beautiful new offices that were constructed with the highest quality! Rich, Chad, and the RDC team are absolutely the BEST!!

RDC is always a pleasure to with. Our recent common area renovation wasn't the easiest project to complete while building operations continued. RDC managed to minimize the inconvenience to our tenants by diligently keeping to schedule often working late into the evening and on weekends. We certainly appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. The end result looks fantastic! A great job well done!

Fantastic Team
Rich Duncan Construction recently completed the Institute Of Technology (formerly Valley Medical College) campus expansion project with me and I cannot complement them enough. Since I am based in Denver, CO and couldn't be in Salem every day or even every week I had to put a huge amount of trust into Rich Duncan, Nate Cooke and the rest of the RDC team. Not only did they complete the project on time and on budget, their communication and attention to detail was as good as I have seen in my 20+ years experience. I would highly recommend them to any Architect, Developer, or Project Manager looking for a true team player in a General Contractor.
