We have had a working relationship with Rich Duncan Construction for years now. What we noticed from day 1 is the integrity Rich Duncan and his team operate with and instill in others. This is applied to the customer, the sub contractor, the community and all aspects of operating a business, it is clearly the culture of Rich Duncan Construction.
