We couldn't have done this project without Rich Duncan Construction and their wonderful Subcontractors

We are very Lucky to have a Construction Company in our area that is committeed with an attitude "We can and will". To this day we still say if it wasn't for Rich Ducan Construction The new Community Building in Mount Angel Doesn't happen. With their ability to put together a great team It was a wonderful and fun project . Having it finished on the day they promised was everything in the world to us.

    Residential Project

Wonderful oversight of a residential project that included roofing, concrete, and construction. They were willing to help work with HOA architectural committees and completed a quality project in the end. Thanks!

    Manufacturing Expansion

Working with the Duncan Construction team was nothing short of exceptional. They were professional, and very responsive to every concern we had along the way. When unplanned items arose, as happens with any project, they were always fair and worked with us to find solutions that were equitable to all parties involved. I look forward to our next project requiring their services.

    Clubhouse Entrance Door Project

Once again Rich Duncan Construction did a fantastic job on time and in budget for our most recent project replacing our entrance doors and hardware. From start to finish their team was professional and on point. Our Club was open to business during the project and they worked around our members and guests allowing for no interruption in our day to day operations. Although this project was much smaller in regards to size, scope, and cost than our Fitness Facility remodel they did for us they treated it with the same importance. I highly recommend Chad and the Rich Duncan team.
