Every one within this group from Rich himself to the field personnel have a hands on approach with communication used as the main key for a on time and successful project.

My company has been working for Rich Duncan Construction as a subcontractor for several years now. Rich has been great to work with as well as Nate Cooke his general manager and all of his superintendants and office staff.

I would use Rich Duncan again for any new construction or remodel projects
During the 2007-08 year we contracted with Rich Duncan Construction Co. to build our new Woodburn, OR facility. The project had become mired with the red tape requirements of both the city of Woodburn and Marion County for the past several years. With the help of Mr. Nate Cooke, senior project manager of Rich Duncan Construction, we were able to fast tract the final requirements and start construction. The project was complete both on time and on budget.
I would use Rich Duncan Construction again for any new construction or remodel project we have in the future. Mr.Nate Cooke was instrumental in managing the project from start to finish and continues to call on a regular basis to check to see if everything is still to our satisfaction. I highly recommend the firm to anyone who is contemplating a construction project in the future.

Rich Duncan Construction was selected to complete a rebuild, and I wanted to share my thoughts on the job that they did. I feel that RDC did an outstanding job in all aspects of the job, especially with the selection of Scott Jackson for the project. Scott is a professional in every sense of the word. He put in the extra time and effort to make sure the project was completed in a timely and quality manner. His communication was outstanding, and was always available for questions, day or night. Scott listened to our concerns, and made sure he took each of them seriously and respectfully no matter what his personal thoughts might be. He was also flexible and ready to make any "last minute" changes that may have come up.
I have personally dealt with other contractors on various jobs in my career, and none have come close to the professionalism of Scott and the entire Rich Duncan Construction team. They made the experience a positive one, and helped me continue to develop in my professional career. I would personally recommend using Rich Duncan Construction to McDonalds, and any other operator who asks for my opinion.

You were the only company who actually gave us a detailed bid so we could see what work the final number entailed. Edgewater Crossing contracted with Rich Duncan Construction to construct a building for our company located at 1544 Edgewater St NW, in Salem. This building is a one story masonry structure located in a retail center. I found that Rich Duncan Construction was very easy to work with on our project. They handled the details in a professional manner and did an excellent job keeping me informed of their progress. They handled problems that arose to the satisfaction of both the subcontractors and to our company.
The finished product of their work is an attractive and functional building that will require minimal maintenance during its life. Our building was finished on time and on budget. We are very pleased with the work that Rich Duncan Construction did on our project and I would highly recommend that you give them every consideration for use on your project.

RDC did a fabulous job managing each phase of our construction, beginning with breaking ground to putting the last light bulb in a fixture!
