The response was very fast. Pinhole leak in cold water line to outside faucet, lot of water in crawl space. Next day crew were great, they also did rest of clean up and finishing. People skills are excellent. Follow up by Cody has been very good. Highly recommend Restoration 1!
Alfredo and team did a fantastic job! They were transparent, informational and professional. The crawl space cleanup was done in timely manner. We would hire Restoration1 again!
We had a major hot water leak in our crawl space that essentially ruined our entire crawl space and first floor of our home including some walls. I highly recommend this company. There were so many people involved but Will was our supervisor and Cody worked with our insurance company. These guys were excellent at keeping us updated, answered our million questions. They were extremely polite and respectful. They called 30-45 minutes before every visit to warn us that they were coming. They always told us before they left and spent time explaining what they had done, what they had found and what needed to be done. Cody essentially took the lead at working with the insurance company and he fortunately has the experience and knew exactly what they needed to get things approved within days. I was very impressed with what they did. That was our experience with the mitigation side of Restoration 1. Our plumbing company had worked with Restoration 1vand he also was impressed with their work!
Restoration 1 was amazing from the first point of contact, talking with Cody and all the way through the kind interaction with Nikki asking for a review. The job site was left spotless every day. They took tremendous care to contain all the mess that came along with a sewer line backup. The first people I talked to clearly explained what the plan was. The were kind, professional and knowledgeable. The technicians gave me regular updates with easy to understand procedures, processes and timelines. Cody was a rockstar. They billed my insurance directly which was very very nice for me. I hope I never have a loss of this size again and if I do I know who I am calling.
