Tom Anderson has been awesome. He always either answers the phone or gets right back to me. Tom is funny and very polite in my opinion. It is always an unfortunate situation to be without my car and dealing with an accident, but I am very happy that they are paying for a rental.
I hate OMI. There costumer service people are rude as hell all the time. They need to fire all of them. There insurance coverage sucks. I called to make a claim but they take forever to get back to me. And I left multiple messages! I HATE this company!!!!
Been trying to get my claim resolved and cant get any calls back. Claims Rep ignores emails, and voicemails!

Horrible company. We had insurance on 2 rental properties for 8 years, always paid on time and never filed a claim. They decided not to renew and never informed us, they told one mortgage holder who informed us. Now we have to scramble to find new insurance.

Horrible agency to deal with. Claims adjuster Barb was incompetent and stalled things out to try to reach the statute of limitations in order to not have to pay on a claim. Nothing but a horrible experience with these people.
Trying to help a friend who was hit by no fault of his own by a person who had this insurance. Tried to work with Mr. Dietz at Oregon Mutual Insurance company and he was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I would never use these guys.

In the end my claim was taken care of, but my agent never checked back with me. Once the other insurance carrier claimed responsibility for the damage to my car, I never heard from my agent again. Customer service is definitely lacking at Oregon Mutual.
