Starting in July, customers will be billed $2 a month for EFT transfers. This is robbery. The automatic transfers save the company the cost of paper billing and now they are charging us for that. I would never ever recommend this insurance to any one. I’ve had nothing but issues with car and homeowners insurance with them. They have some of the rudest agents who also like to put words in your mouth so they don’t have to cover extensive water damage done by a leaking bathtub that I was unaware of.
