I got the Tan Tan Ramen and the broth, meat, everything was really good! Especially for Salem! The broth was very rich and the meat was very soft. 👍🏽

You can tell the Chef here knows what he’s doing. The ChaSui was so tender and flavorful, my egg was perfectly cooked, and the broth was so rich you couldn’t even see though it. Better than just about any ramen I’ve tried outside of Hawaii, a must try!
